Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:  Cancellations and reschedules that are made less than 24-hours in advance will be charged a $20.00 fee.  Clients who are late for their appointment will receive only the remainder of their appointment time. 

When you make an appointment you are reserving the massage therapist's time.  When you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel at the last minute you prevent the therapist from making income for that hour and also prevent the therapist from being able to schedule anyone else in that time slot.  Given 24-hours notice, that time slot can be filled by someone else who is waiting to make an appointment.

Gift Certificates:  Please call for an appointment well before the expiration date in order to get the exact date and time that is convenient for you.  We will not extend our hours or reschedule other clients in order to get you an appointment at the last minute.   You will need the gift certificate number to make your appointment.   Gift certificate must be present at time of appointment.  Gift certificates that have expired cannot be redeemed.  No cash refunds will be given for gift certificates.  Gift Certificates cannot be split by time, only by dollar amount.  For instance, you cannot use a one-hour gift certificate for two half-hour sessions.  You can however, use your one-hour gift certificate towards shorter sessions--i.e. a half-hour session can be paid for with a one-hour relaxation gift certificate, with a remaining dollar amount of $20 to be used towards another session.  Cancellation policy stated above applies to gift certificates, and the amount will be deducted from your gift certificate balance. 

6 for 5 Specials: This special applies to 30-min and 60-min relaxation and deep tissue massages only.  Cannot be shared among clients.  All massages must be used within one year of purchase.

Children:  If you have children, please arrange for child care at another location prior to your appointment.  This will allow you, as well as other customers, to relax and enjoy your massage.

Cell Phones:  Please turn off or mute your cell phone.  If you are in the reception area and choose to use your phone, speak quietly or exit the building to take the call.  Please be considerate of other clients.

Sexual Harassment:  Sexual advances or comments made before or during the massage will terminate your session immediately with full payment due.  You will be asked to leave the premises and you will not be allowed to make future appointments.  You also will be served with a termination of service letter to your home address.
