Genbook
requires a credit card number and your mailing address to hold your appointment. A temporary
$1 hold is placed on the card as part of the verification step of the credit card capture process. It
will disappear back into the account within a few business days. You may call and schedule an appointment with a
valid gift certificate number to avoid using a credit card. At the time of your appointment you
may pay with cash, check or any credit card. Cancellations for our appointments with less than 24 hours notice,
or no-shows will result in a fee of at least $20 or up to 40% of the appointment that you booked, which
will be charged to the credit card used to make the appointment. Repeated cancellations, last-minute rescheduling
and no-shows will prevent you from making additional appointments. |
